Fact: A food can only be labeled as a Jam if it is produced with a very specific recipe that is regulated by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and usually contains a higher amount of sugar than a jam type spread.  The way we create our product allows us to use more fruit, less sugar and cook for less time producing a fresher and less processed product.
